Through extensive research and a year-long writing process, we published the Shiology Education Series — a six-volume collection designed for elementary school students from grades 1 to 6. The series aims to cultivate healthy eating habits and positive attitudes toward food and life by teaching students about food production, nutrition, and culinary culture. A key focus of the series is helping children understand the importance of reducing food waste and appreciating the value of every meal.
